By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before availing of our services. 1. Appointment Booking: a. Appointments for services and courses can be made online, over the phone, or in person. b. A deposit is required to secure an appointment/course, and it is non-refundable and non-transferable. To use AfterPay please contact us directly. A 6.5% fee applies when using AfterPay. 2. Cancellation Policy: a. We require at least 48 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Only 1 rescheduling is allowed. If unable to attend your next appointment/course after the rescheduling you will be charged 100% off the service/course. b. There is a 15 minute grace period. Showing up beyond this grace period will result forfeiting your deposit. Please allow yourself time for parking and possibilities of traffic at peak times. c. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in being charged 100% of the value of your appointment/course. d. Appointments/courses cancelled over the weekend or on a holiday, will be considered cancelled as of the next business day. e. Failure to comply will result in being denied further bookings for appointments/courses. f. Gift Certificate recipients & Giveaway winners- if you late, cancel or no show your appointment, the cancellation fees will apply. For gift card recipients: the balance will be charged to your gift card. For giveaway winners: your appointment will be lost. 3. Pricing and Payments: a. Prices for services are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. b. Remaining balance is due at the time of service and can be made in cash or through the accepted credit/debit cards. To use AfterPay please message us directly. 4. Refund Policy: a. Refunds will not be provided for services/courses rendered. b. If you are dissatisfied with the service/course, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis. 5. Hygiene and Safety: a. We adhere to strict hygiene and safety standards to ensure your well-being. b. Clients with contagious conditions may be refused service to protect the health of our staff and other clients, deposited will not be refunded. If this is determined during your appointment you will be responsible for paying 100% of the service. 6. Client Responsibilities: a. Provide accurate information about allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect the service. b. Follow pre and post-care instructions provided by our technicians for optimal results. c. If you use any medications for acne such as Accutane, tretinoin, retinol, etc. please stop a week before your brow appointment, and mention it to your brow tech. d. If it’s your first time obtaining these services, it is YOUR responsibility to schedule a patch test 24-48 hours before your appointment time. 7. Confidentiality: All client information and records are confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law. 8. Intellectual Property: a. All content, including but not limited to logos, images, and text, is the property of Studio & Academy. b. Unauthorized use or reproduction of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited. 9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas. 10. Amendments: KR Beauty Studio & Academy reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
